Document imaging, workflow, and document management in demanding production environments

Throughout the mid-1990s, we concentrated our business on developing custom document imaging, workflow, and document management solutions for such high-profile corporate customers as:

  • Reynolds Metals Company (acquired in 2000 by Alcoa, the world's leading producer and manager of primary aluminum, fabricated aluminum, and aluminum facilities)
  • Ferguson Enterprises (the largest distributor of plumbing supplies and pipes, valves, and fittings and the third largest distributor of heating and cooling equipment in the United States)
  • Virginia International Terminals (the second largest general cargo port on the East Coast of the United States)
  • Exel Transportation Services (a third-party logistics company that focuses on delivering truckload, less-than-truckload, and intermodal services as part of the Logistics Division of Deutsche Post World Net, the parent company of DHL)

A proven ECM technology framework since 1997 with an open architecture and continual enhancements

We leveraged the technology framework developed for these customers to release the first generation of our document and content management technology platform in 1997. Since this first release, we have consistently enhanced Datahaven to ensure that our rapidly expanding customer base has access to the most advanced software development components and related executable applications for ECM.
