Datahaven relies on an open database schema. This open architecture creates the utmost flexibility for our customers by enabling them to write custom reports against the data stored in the Datahaven database such as specialized workflow productivity reports. In addition, our open schema allows administrators to use standard database tools, such as queries and stored procedures, to enable Datahaven to accommodate evolving business requirements and processes. The open schema also permits our customers to create custom applications that require access to the data, document images, and other content stored in the Datahaven database.
