Datahaven’s email integration enables your data-centric application to operate as a gateway for all inbound email and their metadata related to the transactions and other records managed by your application. The Datahaven content repository stores and manages all of this content and metadata at a granular level independent of the records in your existing application.

By keeping content and its metadata distinct from any underlying record, your content-enabled application can support advanced document management features. For example, your application will be able to route email through Datahaven's workflow engine using its intelligent routing of records to workflow queues.
