The Lash Group, a subsidiary of AmerisourceBergen,
uses a combination of Datahaven Enterprise, the Datahaven Toolkit (which
Lash integrated at the source code level with their internally-developed
customer relationship management application, and RightFax. As one of the
largest reimbursement consulting firms serving payers as well as
pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology clients, Lash Group and
its hundreds of users in the United States and Canada use Datahaven to
process transactions in more than 40 separate consumer reimbursement
programs for its clients.

One of the largest, multi-campus community colleges in Virginia uses Datahaven in its Admissions, Records, Financial Aid and Business Offices to serve tens of thousands of students attending multiple campuses. The College generates a significant percentage of its revenue from third party contracts with the military and civilian workforces in the area. In the College's Business Office, where they normally focus on dollars and cents, the College found that the largest gain created by its use of Datahaven was a recognized ability to deliver better quality and faster customer service to its internal and external customers. |

One of the five largest cable providers in the country uses Datahaven to support the business processes of its commercial sales function. By integrating Datahaven with its CRM application, salesforce.com, the customer has instant, contextual access to sales contracts after they are signed by the subscriber. This access has led to significant improvements in the time required to address and resolve customer issues. |
